The Veroval duo control upper arm blood pressure monitor is a fully automated device designed to measure blood pressure on an adult's arm at home or in a clinic. As compression and decompression are automatic, this device allows a quick and easy measurement of systolic, diastolic and pulse pressure. The monitor is available in 2 cuff sizes: M (arm size between 22 and 32 cm) / L (arm size between 32 and 42 cm)
The Veroval duo control upper arm blood pressure monitor features an innovative "Duo Sensor" technology that combines two professional measurement methods: the oscillometric measurement found in many blood pressure monitors and the auscultatory measurement called Korotkoff. The Korotkoff measurement is a very precise method used in a doctor's office, it measures the noise emitted by blood disturbances when the cuff decompresses. The Veroval Duo Control tensiometer uses the same method as doctors who use a stethoscope to listen to Korotkoff sounds, thanks to a microphone integrated into the tensiometer and can then give clear and accurate results to patients with heart rhythm disorders.
The device's extra-large display shows systolic, diastolic, pulse, date and time when the blood pressure measurement was taken with backlighting for an easy and clear reading of the measured values. The Duo Control Veroval automatic blood pressure monitor has the ideal "Comfort Air" technology for a more comfortable arm measurement; a cuff position control essential for correct results and an indicator of the room temperature, as the measurement must be made in a room with a temperature between +10 and +40 °C. The measurement tool has a 2 user function with 100 memories each (200 memories) and a guest mode.
For a longer battery life, the monitor automatically turns off after 3 minutes of non-use after the measurement is completed. The end of the measurement is announced by an audible signal. The electronic tensiometer on the Veroval dual control arm has the ability to record data directly on the Veroval software (Medi.connect) for optimal monitoring and sharing with your doctor.
